An Eventful Saturday

So this post is a little late but oh well.

On Saturday my friend and I went to see a live performance of Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Park theatre. It was quite wonderful and the actors did a great job bringing this iconic movie to life.
Not all the actors were spectacular, and the guy who was playing Eddie was fairly meh but it was overall enjoyable.

The audience was really fun and a lot of people had dressed up, which was awesome.
I really wanted to dress up but I didn't have a chance to assemble a costume because of how busy school has me.

I went to get a drink at the bar during the intermission and the bar tender accidentally spilled it all over the counter and my wallet. There was no harm, but she was so upset about it that she remade my drink and told me it was on the house.

After the show was done and we engaged in one last dance of the time warp, my friend and I headed home and as we were driving we passed by someone appeared to be smashing the front windows of a little boutique with a broom handle and then sweeping the glass and putting it in to a large garbage can.
It was very strange and we didn't trust it for one minute, so we called the police to report the suspicious activity. I really don't like dealing with the police because I always feel guilty even when I'm doing a good deed. When you talk to the police they always require you to give your contact information in case they need to get a hold of you for further details, but I always panic and think I'm in trouble. It's kind of like when you're walking through airport security and you're so worried you're going to get in trouble even though you have nothing to hide, but just the circumstances of being put through this system makes you anxious.
The entire encounter left both of us rather spooked, but then we started to complain about Derrida and everything was fine.
