Frustrated

I'm frustrated with myself.
I want to do things that I enjoy, but when I get the chance to do them, I don't.
What's wrong with me?

    Do the things you enjoy require effort? Because that is typically my issue.
    Contemplate not the what, but the why

    I'm guessing it's probably because you're exhausted from school and work. Maybe try scheduling specific times for enjoying yourself?
